The Ing. Friedrich Bauer GmbH celebrated its 20 th anniversary at the Ramsauhof in Purgstall on September 7 th 2007. A lot of guests of honour leaded by Mrs. Johanna Mikl-Leitner provincial councillor and President of the Lower Austrian Chamber of commerce Sonja Zwazl expressed their good wishes and congratulations.

Ing. Friedrich Bauer GmbH had the honor of greeting the President of the Lower Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, member of the National Council Sonja Zwazl, as well as the representative of the National Council, Ms. Herta Mikesch, on January 19, 2007.

The Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Culture announced another nationwide competition today in the form of the Adult Education Awards 2006. The Education Champion category focused on the practical application of adult education and its significance for individuals. The category's main objective is to introduce people with a special connection to education in order to motivate others to participate in lifelong learning.
Mr. Friedrich Bauer, graduate engineer, belongs to this exceptional group. His educational record is extremely impressive, so much so that he was awarded the title of the Education Champion 2006. Further education has been an integral part of his life since his early youth. Recently, at the age of 56, he gained a university-level qualification at the WIFI in St. Pölten, an institute for the promotion of economic development, and now holds the title of Academic Business Manager. "The phrase 'to have completed training' should be erased from our vocabulary" - this is the entrepreneur's philosophy, one which he aims to spread in the environment in which he moves, impressing it, in particular, on his employees. After all, he was himself strengthened by his further education activities, which gave him the necessary courage and self-confidence to create his own company. Next year, he looks forward to celebrating the company's 20 th anniversary with his family and his 60 employees.

On 29th August 2006 the engineering company Friedrich Bauer GmbH, represented by Managing Director Friedrich Bauer and attorney Maria Gindl had the opportunity for a personal discussion with Vice Chancellor Dr. Hubert Gorbach.
Mr. Bauer and Mrs. Gindl not only gave a personal introduction to their company but also discussed aspects of the industry related to environmental technology, plans for exports and the transfer of technology to foreign countries. As expert representative of the Lower Austria Engineering Office Friedrich Bauer is always concerned to present the achievements of the whole group of specialists and his colleagues. For this purpose Mr. Bauer and Frau Gindl handed Dr. Grobach the "Round Book", which includes an excerpt from the LA engineering services.
