The ceremony was devoted to the employees and the person Ing. Friedrich Bauer. The familiy business makes a lot of initiatives especially in human resource development which are very appreciated by the employees. The company very often educates young technicians from school to project managers. Buts also the administration and management is always participating in courses. The motto of Bauer is “To give the employees something for their lives”. A lot of awards show this philosophy and the values of the company. The staff is the heart of the company through this company culture the Ing. Friedrich Bauer GmbH becomes an attractive employer with satisfied employees. Especially honoured at the ceremony were long standing employees such as Reinhard Bauer and Maria Gindl which are both 15 years working very dedicated for the Ing. Friedrich Bauer GmbH. The President of the Lower Austrian Chamber of commerce Sonja Zwazl and Mr. Ing. Friedrich Bauer handed over special diploma to them. Flexibility and quality are very important to succeed in the nowadays working business. The Ing. Friedrich Bauer GmbH celebrated its 20 th anniversary at the Ramsauhof in Purgstall on September 7 th 2007. A lot of guests of honour leaded by Mrs. Johanna Mikl-Leitner provincial councillor and President of the Lower Austrian Chamber of commerce Sonja Zwazl expressed their good wishes and congratulations.
